FDA warns link between SOME Dog Foods and Heart disease

The FDA issued an investigation between some dog foods and heart disease.  It appears most likely to cause it are the food considered to be classified as the BEG, standing for 'boutique', 'exotic' and 'grain free'.  There is difficulty in establishing which brands and flavors are contributing to the problem.  It is a world wide problem.  Below is the link to the FDA warning as will as some information to ask manufacturers to ensure appropriate nutrition.  Keep in mind, ingredient lists do not equal nutrition.  Nutrition comes from rigorous testing and  quality control.
